At Thoughtprocess we believe that more method means less madness. Years of experience with various types of projects have allowed us to fine-tune our online marketing and development processes. Phase 1: Planning and Discovery

The Planning and Discovery stage is when we discuss exactly what you want to accomplish through online marketing, what the best strategy is for accomplishing these goals, and what metrics will be used to measure the overall success of the campaign.

Together we will develop a list of clearly defined goals and measurable objectives. We'll also take a look at the competitive landscape and determine how your site can gain a competitive edge.

At the end of Phase 1 you will receive a comprehensive site analysis, competitive analysis, and a list of project goals and success metrics that will be evaluated in Phase 3.

Phase 2: Implementation

After we've laid the foundation for the campaign in Phase 1, the next step is to set the wheels in motion and begin implementing our chosen marketing strategy. The scope and timeline of Phase 2 varies depending on your project goals and the tactics that will be used to accomplish those goals. Campaigns that employ multiple online marketing strategies or require site architecture changes will take more time to implement than something that is straightforward such as a press release or a PPC campaign setup.

We aim to excel in communication with our clients. For large-scale projects we will set milestones along the way, and notify you as each milestone is accomplished so you can monitor the progress of your online marketing campaign implementation.

Phase 3: Monitoring & Evaluation

The final phase in any online marketing campaign is Monitoring and Evaluation. We understand that online marketing is about more than just coming up with big ideas. It's about results. It's about ROI.

During Phase 3 we'll take a look at the list of objectives that we set in Phase 1 and we'll begin tracking our success metrics. If your goal was to increase traffic to your website, we'll be monitoring your website traffic. If your goal was to obtain top 10 rankings for important keyword phrases, we'll be monitoring your search engine rankings and delivering reports that show your site's progress in the search engines. Our success is defined by our clients' success, and this is the phase where we evaluate our success as a team.
